Our core values, founded upon doctrinal position, are the impetus behind everything we do. Below are brief statements of our core values and messages (click on the bolded letters) that provide more detail:

• At our church of our size community/small groups are especially important because they provide opportunities for our people to develop meaningful relationships.
• We believe that Christians not only believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; they also belong to His body, which is the church. Thus, membership is highly encouraged.
• While all believers begin as spiritual infants, they are called to “work out their salvation.” Providing avenues for growing, therefore, is a central concern for the leadership.
• Every Christian has been uniquely and wonderful made by God to serve Him in specific ways. Serving, then, is expected of all members to help them discover themselves and to advance the Kingdom.
• Missions is not confined to a particular committee or group at CCPC. It is, rather, a fundamental part of every believer’s vocation. At our church, missions is expressed in acts of mercy (mercy ministry), satelliting, church planting, and oversea wholistic evangelism.
• The gospel is at the center of everything we teach, preach and do.
